Lasagna noodles are long sheets of noodles that are chewy and great! They’re not easy to handle due to their size, and it’s kind of tough to boil and cook them. Our pleas for help were heard by pasta gods or food brands who came up with lasagna noodles that bake in an oven without any boiling.
